Job Description
Responsabilities
- Monthly planning and management of training schedules for all crew members according to Transport Canada regulations ;
- Collaborate in the longterm planning of the training schedules
- Work narrowly with the manpower planning department of all crew members
- Work at the development of the training module already in the implementation process
Qualifications :
- Experience (minimum 1 year) in planning training for flight personnel
- Experience (minimum 1 year) in interacting with training teams such as Cabin Safety and Pilot Training
- College diploma or relevant experience;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- Good interpersonal skills dynamism and leadership;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Knowledge of Transport Canada and collective agreements rules
- Knowledge of AIMS;
- Bilingual French and English.
Additional Information :
*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English both orally and in writing with colleagues customers and other stakeholders in Quebec the rest of Canada and internationally.
