Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Architect with expertise in Selenium and Playwright to join our dynamic team. As a Test Automation Architect you will lead the design implementation and optimization of automated testing frameworks for our applications. You will play a key role in building scalable maintainable and efficient test automation solutions ensuring the delivery of highquality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and implement test automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
Lead the automation testing strategy working closely with development teams to identify testing requirements and best practices.
Architect reusable scalable and maintainable automation solutions for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
Perform thorough reviews of test cases scripts and frameworks to ensure they meet industry standards and best practices.
Continuously evaluate and improve the test automation process and framework to enhance efficiency and coverage.
Guide and mentor junior QA engineers and developers on test automation techniques and tools.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in test automation to continuously innovate the automation process.
Required Skills & Experience:
7 years of experience in Test Automation.
Extensive handson experience with Selenium and Playwright.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Java for test automation.
Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the process.
Expertise in TestNG JUnit Cucumber or similar test frameworks.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Experience in test management and reporting tools (e.g. Jira TestRail).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and processes.
Excellent problemsolving debugging and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other test automation tools like Cypress or Appium.
Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
Experience in cloudbased testing (AWS Azure etc. and Docker.
