Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the brand s longterm strategy ensuring alignment with the luxury clean beauty ethos.
- Build and enhance emotional connections with the audience developing a brand narrative that resonates globally.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with influencers media and likeminded brands to amplify brand presence.
2. Creative Direction & Storytelling
- Lead the creative vision for campaigns content and product launches ensuring a cohesive highend aesthetic.
- Collaborate with designers photographers and agencies to produce bold innovative campaigns that tell a compelling story.
- Champion the integration of neurocosmetics storytelling in all touchpoints to educate and inspire consumers.
3. DigitalFirst Growth (D2C Focus)
- Own the customer journey ensuring seamless brand experiences across website social media email and digital ads.
- Develop innovative D2C campaigns that increase engagement build loyalty and drive conversions.
- Use insights from analytics to refine strategies focusing on lifetime value and customer retention.
4. Product & Launch Excellence
- Act as the brand custodian for new product launches creating gotomarket strategies that resonate with the luxury beauty audience.
- Work closely with product teams to ensure consumer insights inform new innovations.
5. Leadership & Collaboration
- Inspire and guide crossfunctional teams to align with the brand s creative and commercial vision.
- Build and nurture a culture of innovation passion and storytelling within the organization.
- Represent the brand at events collaborations and industry platforms to build thought leadership.
Qualifications
- 5 8 years of experience in brand management marketing or a related field with a strong focus on D2C brands in beauty luxury or lifestyle.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools with a clear understanding of the D2C customer journey.
- A strong design and aesthetic sensibility with experience leading creative campaigns from ideation to .
