You will be responsible for managing and developing the strategic growth of the brand network in Poland Czech Republic and Hungary both with franchise stores and through department stores (concession model).
How You Will Make a Difference
Supervise TNF Partnership stores to achieve sales and profitability targets & ensure short medium and longterm business growth in alignment with the The North Face philosophy.
Work alongside HQ Retail teams to ensure that commercial yet profitable product ranges are developed and selected in order to maximise profit and sales.
Regularly visit stores to engage with managers and sales staff addressing immediate issues with the support of Marketing Visual Merchandising and Territorial Agencies.
Oversee selling processes in stores.
Manage stores P&L set financial targets and seasonal stores budget in order to maximize stores profitability.
Supervise new store opening projects from planning to .
Manage relationships with HQ Finance Construction Agencies and Retail Marketing teams ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Ensure that all company policies procedures and programs are thoroughly understood and implemented by Store Managers and sales staff.
Drive business improvements implementing necessary changes related to staff training visual merchandising and other operational areas.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Work in synergy with the local Sales Manager and have knowledge of the wholesales market multibrand and local Key Accounts.
Skills for Success
Experience: 5 years of relevant and progressive experience in Retail and Sales Management.
Fluent Polish and English.
Demonstrates excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for datadriven decision making.
Highly skilled in analyzing store Profit & Loss statements with strong expertise in Retail budgeting and financial planning.
Deep understanding of product management merchandising strategies and retail buying processes.
Management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
Adaptability to changing business needs and market conditions.
Strong knowledge of the retail business in Poland. Understanding of the Czech Republic and Hungary retail landscape as a plus.
Knowledge of wholesales business in Poland (including Key Accounts). Awareness of Czech Republic and Hungary wholesales business is a plus.
Ability to manage commercial negotiations at high levels with important partners.
