HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
Job Summary
- Under the direction of a RN or LPN performs a variety of routine duties involving care of medically ill acute or subacute residents; performs direct resident care; observes and reports changes in the behavior and physical status of residents; provides a clean and safe environment; and performs other related duties.
Reports: Registered Nurse (RN)/Nurse Manager JC 031001 RN/Assistant Nurse Manager JC 030303 or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) JC 041704
Supervises: None
WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
- High school dip Certified Nursing Assistant (or equivalent) and at least 18 years of age. Basic Life Support (BLS)* certification required prior to performing patient care. *NOTE: Free BLS certification training provided by Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) onsite as part of clinical orientation as needed).
Required Experience:
- No previous experience required.
Preferred Experience:
- One 1 year of jobrelated experience preferred.
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
NOTE: Orientationrequiresyour availability to completeClinical Orientation on your first fullweek (MondayFriday from 8am5pm).
