Job Description
To support this growth we are seeking highly skilled Clinical Nurses with a passion for Post Graduate studies in Diabetes such as a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and having achieved Credentialed status to lead a Nurse Led Clinic.
These are permanent part time opportunities with the view to increasing up to full time where service delivery and demand align.

Our Nurse Led clinic team are autonomous practitioners that thrive on a busy environment engaging with their clients delivering excellence in care whilst also developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote our services to the community.
Our clinics focus on delivering excellence in care and client outcomes providing services to:
Newly diagnosed Diabetics Type 1 and 2 Support
Gestational Diabetes
PreDiabetes
Insulin pump therapy
Continuous Glucose Monitoring
Education and wellness
The Specialist Nurse Led Clinic Role is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging and autonomous role with all the support you need including furthering your experience and practice in the community setting with opportunities for further education and career development.
What makes a difference for us
You will be an experienced and highly motivated clinician with post graduate qualifications in a specialist area and be able to operate autonomously. This is a relationship driven role hence your welldeveloped communication and stakeholder management skills are key to the success of the role. Youll also present with:
Post graduate qualification in the relevant specialised nursing discipline.
Current AHPRA registration
Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical speciality
Confidence to manage conflict pressures and competing priorities
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team with ability to provide leadership support and mentorship to other team members
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in community funding is highly desirable
