Job Description
- Must hold Qualifications in ANY Human Services or related
- Permanent Full time based at the Rockhampton Community Hub
- Travel between local sites required on regular basis
About the role Make an Impact:
As a Site Manager in the Community sector at NDVR youll dive into managing the strategy and implementation that oversees the Community Access & Mobile Services for our Clients that live with a disability. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to identifying implementing and monitoring the daytoday operations of these various disability services along with leading and guiding a large team of support workers. This is a fast paced role and you will need to have demonstrated skills in working across multiple areas & tasks in a day. Youll be involved in building the community portfolio that drives growth within this region of Rockhampton. This is a middle management role and agreat opportunity for longterm growth.

About you:
It goes without saying youll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. Well also expect you have strong leadership and management experience that can implement and build growth in the region for Endeavour and its Clients that we support.
- Qualification of Bachelors in Human Services or other related degrees
- Prior experience in Disability/aged care sector or similar
- Demonstrated experience in coaching individuals to provide person centred supports
- Hold relevant compliance in NDIS Screening Check WWCC Police Check and Valid Drivers Licence
