Description:

Our client a leading New York City real estate law firm is seeking an experienced trial attorney to join its LandlordTenant Practice Group. Candidates must have at least seven years of landlordtenant litigation experience and demonstrate expertise in drafting predicate notices pleadings motions complex settlement agreements and handling depositions.

Successful candidates will have strong negotiation skills excellent legal research abilities and confidence in appearing in court to argue motions.

Compensation & Revenue Sharing

Our client offers a highly competitive compensation structure with unlimited earning potential through its Revenue Sharing Plan:

  • Attorneys receive onethird of collected revenue from their billable hours.
  • 20 bonus for introducing new clients to the firm.
  • If onethird of the collected billable revenue exceeds the base salary the difference is paid as a bonus.
  • No billable hour requirement and unlimited income potential.

Additionally attorneys who bring in new business earn a higher percentage of revenue with a negotiable bonus structure.
