Job Description
Technician II Off Property Refrigeration/HVAC
The Technician II Off Property Refrigeration/HVAC is responsible for the installation maintenance and repair of HVAC systems in offpremises buildings including residential properties. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC/R systems and components strong problemsolving skills troubleshooting abilities excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently make decisions under pressure and have proficiency in using hand and power tools along with diagnostic equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification or license in HVAC/R.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools as well as diagnostic equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and repair HVAC systems in offpremises buildings including residential properties.
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Respond to service calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and in compliance with relevant codes.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide highquality customer service.
- Work independently and make decisions when needed.
