First point of contact for sales entities worldwide regarding product data quality issues;
Collaborate with team members and further colleagues internationally to ensure comprehensive support;
Document interactions with sales entities and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions;
Contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles to improve selfservice options;
Develop and coordinate optimizations in data process and tool quality together with all stakeholders;
Conduct trainings of our toolsuite;
Proactive and systematic data cleansing activities related with our products;
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Education: Academic background in a relevant field;
Experience and Knowledge: experience in support or service area helpful; experience in the area of product information or media asset management advantageous; proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL data visualization tools) is desirable;
Personality: good communication skills in an international environment willingness to accept responsibility and ownership of a task;
Working Style: structured working method strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail; ability to selforganize;
Enthusiasm: enjoyment of new challenges international cooperation;
Languages: excellent knowledge of written and spoken English knowledge of Portuguese.
