Job Description
The job of an Assistant Instructor is to provide excellent customer service to guests who come to the sports center and to assist with indoor outdoor and health facilities at the sports center. That includes making bills and giving information regarding sports and other necessary hotel information.
- Assist in organizing and supervising sports activities like volleyball tennis and table tennis.
- Conduct aqua zumba aerobics and aqua gym sessions for guests.
- Lead teambuilding activities to enhance guest engagement and teamwork.
- Collaborate with the Entertainment and Recreation Manager to plan and execute events.
- Ensure guest safety during sports and fitness activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized Sports Center facility.
- Utilize language skills for effective guest interactions.
- Support other Sports Center team members as needed.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Intermediatelevel proficiency in sports (volleyball tennis table tennis).
- Ability to conduct aqua zumba aerobics and aqua gym sessions.
- Experience in leading teambuilding activities.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR
- Good command of English.
- Any other language will be an added advantage
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
