The QA Engineer challenges in a few words:
Control quality of product by inspecting collecting technical information making work instruction checklist for inspection measurement assure product meet requirement. Record inspection results summary and analyze data.
Essential duties & Responsibilities
Be assigned to project create Quality control plan and checks list for project.
Collect & get all technical information: DFM BOM drawing assembly SOP customers requirement/specification.
Inspect and record result to check sheet form.
Summary analysis & report for inspection & testing results.
Make work instruction (WI) guide how to use measuring equipment.
Make nonconforming report give solution & inform to relative department.
Keep inprocess inspection data & all nonconforming (issue) into the tracking file/log
Update the list of documents and internal records (measurement result).
Review/update the special requirements in the drawings of materials assembly kit to checklist.
Use measuring equipment: Oscilloscope Multimeter ESD meter and other related inspection tool/equipment.
Other assignment as assign from QA Leader/Manager.
Qualifications :
The Ideal candidate in a few words
Education
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Mechatronic.
Good at English (Reading and writing) basic communication
Experience
Experience at position of Production Engineer/ QA/QC for electrical system machinery or relate field.
Over 01 years of work experience at MNC Manufacturing.
Knowledge & Skills
Skills
Good communication problem solving & teamwork
Read & understand electrical drawing component function connection.
Ability to use MS office electrical engineering/design software (AutoCAD Electrical Orcad Eagle)
Ability to make reports presentations.
Knowledge
Have knowledge ability using electrical measurement equipment/tool
Have knowledge about ISO9001 and quality tools.
Have knowledge about electrical safety electrical box design and assembly automation line robot
