Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with a strong background in Consumer or Retail Banking specifically in Deposits or Loans. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Core Banking Systems and be adept at working with stakeholders to analyze business needs document requirements and support the implementation of banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather analyze and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand banking products focusing on Deposits and Loans.
- Provide domain expertise in Core Banking Systems ensuring effective system integration and enhancements.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support project teams in the development testing and implementation of banking solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in financial services.
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams user stories and requirement documentation.
- Assist in data analysis reporting and validation as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Consumer or Retail Banking with a focus on Deposits or Loans.
- Strong expertise in Core Banking Systems preferably with experience in one or more of the following:
- Jack Henry
- FIS IBS or MBP
- FISERV DNA
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelors degree in Business Finance IT or a related field.
