Experience:
• 8 years of professional experience in delivering large complex operations transformation initiatives
• 5 years’ experience as Business Analyst with direct interactions with business users
• 3 years of experience in delivering Insurance related projects – must have
What are we looking for:
• Domain expert in Insurance Property & Casualty Commercial & Specialty Insurance Reinsurance
• Experience in Underwriting Actuarial Ratings & Pricing areas various Insurance products
• Delivered 23 large scale End to End Transformation projects for global Clients
• Delivered 23 large scale End to End Transformation projects for global Clients
• Well experienced with Industry Digital technologies & leading tools automation AI and Analytics and a proven experience in implementing Digital solutions.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships drive a client dialogue at Business Heads and CxO levels delivering valueled transformation projects.
• Solid team player who enjoys when working in a fastpaced high energy and projectoriented environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Action and resultsoriented selfdriven person with analytical structured quality focused and adaptable though process.
• Flexible to travel.
• Experience in shaping of solutions process diagnostics blueprinting
• Savvy with PowerPoint and Excel.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate analyse prioritize and validate requirements for changes to business processes.
• Meet with subject matter experts to understand opportunity and gather additional information to assist in qualifying the opportunity.
• Understand business processes problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals.
• Perform walkthroughs with SMEs to design a solution and complete documentation that reflects the design.
• Work with Developers Architects Program Managers Business Stakeholders to plan timelines and ensure timely delivery of a highquality solution that meets business requirements.
• Prepare test scenarios to validate solution & collaborate with business to gather test data
• Participate in Internal QA and User Acceptance Testing
• Support users on issues they may face with automations helping take them to resolution
