Job Summary: The Service Center Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all service activities related to home appliances and airconditioning products from brands such as Blue Star Aftron Godrej and Mastergas. This role involves ensuring efficient service delivery maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting the service team in their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate service appointments for customers ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and provide updates on service status.
Technician Dispatch: Assign and dispatch technicians for installations repairs and maintenance tasks.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service requests work orders and customer interactions.
Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of services provided and ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on service activities customer satisfaction and any issues encountered.
Support: Provide administrative support to the service team including handling inquiries and resolving servicerelated issues.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a service coordination or similar role preferably in the electronics or home appliances industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
Knowledge of home appliances and airconditioning products is a plus.
Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
Education:
A Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field is preferred.
