Your missions
AsHR & Recruitment Assistant you will be:
- Organizing and tracking interviews with candidates and managers
- Managing applications in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Drafting and publishing job offers on various platforms
- Managing recruitment processes from A to Z for junior profiles
- Preparing and monitoring employment contracts HR procedures and documents
- Managing onboarding processes and employee files
- Assisting in improving HR processes and ensuring compliance
- Writing content for LinkedIn and other platforms
- Supporting external communication initiatives related to HR and recruitment

Your ideal profile
- Previous experience or strong interest in recruitment and talent management.
- Proactive resourceful and solutionoriented.

- Fluent in French & English any additional language is an asset.
