About this role...
- Support in ensuring B2B accounts are setup and administered efficiently and effectively.
- Handle B2B clients enquiries and complaints
- Identify and support on cases investigation and resolution issues
- Responsible for the invoice / reports and other documentations with clients in a timely manner
- Work with Operations Managers to acquire and maintain expert knowledge of all aspects of B2B accounts
- Maintain a strong awareness of good practice business processes and policy compliance
- Perform adhoc project as assigned
You might fit for the role if you have...
- Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in customer services operations or project management
- Account servicing or Sales Support/Administration experience preferably in banking / finance industry
- Excellent interpersonal customer servicing and problemsolving skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and Korean (TOPIK 6level is preferred)
- Proficient in other Asian languages such as Korean is an advantage
- Proactive detailoriented highly organized in work procedures
- Able to work in a fastpaced environment and meeting tight timelines
- Well versed in MS Office and hands on experience in using system
