JOB SUMMARY:
The Client Financial Analyst works within the Finance & Accounting team. This individual must be an energetic selfstarter with the ability to interface with many members of the organization and thrives in a fastpaced environment. This role will have high concentration in client finance assisting client teams reconcile projects report on hours variances and ensure timely billing. To succeed in this role you must be able to have excellent time management skills and be able to work in a fastpaced environment while ensuring accuracy of your work.
Location:
Candidates must be located in Illinois Texas Colorado or Michigan. For individuals based in our Michigan and Illinois locations this will be a hybrid role requiring both inoffice and remote work. For candidates in Texas and Colorado this position will be fully remote.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review projects to ensure they are set up correctly: project classifications budgets resource planning
- Manage job closure process checking all financial balances and ensuring projects are closed in a timely manner
- Assist Client Services and Media group as needed on client related matters and reporting
- Initiates new client setup and existing client change requests
- Perform client billing in accordance with SOWs
- Secure client purchase orders or necessary work/payment authorizations and ensure adherence to contract billing policies and workflow procedures.
- Provide client billing reconciliation and backup in accordance with SOWs
- Help with collections and produce weekly AR reports for management team
- Follow up on collections with clients and client teams
- Perform job cost analyses for account teams
- Assist with building reporting in our financial systems
- Be a change agent innovate improve processes and create efficiencies
- Perform time and expense transfers
- Preparing adhoc analyses and reporting as requested
Requirements :
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Proven experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Detailoriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with account managers and clients.

The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $50000 to $75000. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including but not limited to location years of experience education internal pay structure and other contributing factors.
