Job Description
A prestigious Independent School in Richmond seeks a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Science Teacher with a specialism in Biology for a parttime permanent position. We aim to inspire a love of scientific inquiry and provide students with a strong foundation in biological concepts.

- About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 with a focus on Biology.
- Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that incorporate practical investigations and critical thinking skills.
- Assess student progress through lab reports presentations and examinations providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of the science curriculum.
- Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science with a strong background and specialism in Biology.
- A thorough understanding of the secondary science curriculum and effective teaching strategies for Biology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire students in science.
- Strong practical skills and experience in laboratory work.
