Operations Director – London & South East
£100k basic plus bonus & generous car allowance & other benefits
Are you an experienced leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering highquality care Do you have the commercial acumen to drive performance ensure regulatory excellence and optimise profitability across a portfolio of care homes If so we have an exciting opportunity for you.
We are looking for an Operations Director to oversee a group of care homes in London for a wellestablished growing care provider. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a region ensuring the highest standards of care while driving key business objectives.
The Role:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple homes
- Ensure homes achieve financial and operational KPIs including occupancy and profitability
- Support and develop Home Managers fostering a highperformance culture
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements striving for ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ CQC ratings
- Implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and enhance resident experience
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders promoting the organisation’s values and vision
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a strategic operations role in the care sector or wider healthcare sector
- Strong track record of improving compliance quality and financial performance
- Commercially astute with the ability to balance care quality with business objectives
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- A proactive and resultsdriven approach with a passion for personcentred care
- Ideally you will be a Registered Nurse although this isn't essential
- New build commissioning experience will also be an advantage
