Job Description
MalaceHR is seeking an experience commercial/industrial Plumber to work onsite at College campus in Huntsville AL.
The position pays $35.0041.00/per hour based on experience.
MUST have Journeyman Card Master License or 10 years of relevant experience
1st shift 7a3:30p oncall for emergencies
Job Summary:
The Plumber is responsible for all aspects of installation maintenance inspection operation and repair of plumbing systems in assigned locations(s). Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary based on client requirements and business needs
Essential Tasks:
- Inspects assigned area on a routine basis and performs maintenance where necessary to keep facility in functioning and serviceable condition
- Completes daily weekly or monthly checklists of prescheduled building and equipment maintenance procedure
- Repair and maintain plumbing replacing defective washers replacing or mending broken pipes and opening clogged drains.
- Reports any major maintenance needs and recommends corrective action as appropriate
- Adheres to safety policies and procedures
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Additional Essential JobRelated Requirements:
- Complete special projects as needed
- Complete any task requested by a supervisor or member of the Aramark management team.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct supervisory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Maintain a professional image
- Knowledge and experience in repair and general maintenance of plumbing required
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks
- Requires frequent stooping kneeling crouching and crawling
- Requires frequent lifting carrying pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
