Job Description: HVAC Mechanic
Hourly Rate: $40
Job Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues with heating ventilation and air conditioning systems.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide excellent customer service to clients and building occupants.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all HVAC operations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects effectively and on time.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to HVAC systems.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC mechanic or technician.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Certified HVAC Technician (preferred but not mandatory).
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role in commercial or residential settings.
- Familiarity with local codes and regulations regarding HVAC installations and repairs.
- Experience with a variety of HVAC systems including split systems heat pumps and refrigeration.
