In the future vehicles will be defined by an intelligent combination of electronics and software and they will be connected with the driver their surroundings and with one another. Bosch is embracing this development and is driving it forward by making use of the paradigm shift in the electric/electronic architecture away from a domainspecific E/E architecture and toward a vehiclecentralized zoneoriented E/E architecture. This type of architecture uses only a few immensely powerful crossdomain vehicle computers in combination with zone ECUs. In our group together with our JOEM customers we are developing one of these crossdomain vehicle computers. To realize more secure and functionalized vehicle society our business growth needs motivated engineers!
Your tasks will be:
The TPjM has the overall responsibility of the results of the project work according to the project agreement with the target definitions:
- Technology / Specification
- Reach EBIT target of the project
- First customer contact for all project aspects
- Reach targets for quality schedule and product costs to ensure EBIT
- project budget
- Organize and conduct QGCs reacts on Process Conformance findings
- Set up and maintenance of a project organization with defined communication and reporting
- lead the project members and the sub projects and the specialist teams within the defined range of the project no additional TPL
- Coordinate Change management
- Risk Management
- Coordination of all relevant project domains
- Resources planning for the project
- Contribution to the definition of training needs of the project members for the GPD.
- Report project status to steering committee
- Plan tune and control the project phases and the samples
Job rank: up to SL1 (APIC B project)
Business trip
- Domestic12 days/week
- Overseas12 times/year (Germany India Australia North America etc.
Qualifications :
- PMPPMQ
- E/E
Required
Demonstrated experience in leading crossfunctional and international teams in technical leadership roles
Demonstrated experience with JOEMS in a Technical leadership role
PMP and PMQ certified is preferred.
Engineering Degree in Electronics HW/Mech and/or System & software major.

Strong communication skills to make plans and challenges transparent.
Negotiation skills for both internal and external communications in line with business interests.
Following is a plus:
Knowledge of E/E architecture and invehicle communication
Language Skills: Business English Native level Japanese
