Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Non-Profit Pledge Drive Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential donors, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience while supporting fundraising efforts for non-profit organizations.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming calls from potential donors in a professional and timely manner.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing donor inquiries and concerns.

Educate donors about the organization's mission and fundraising goals.

Assist donors with the pledge process and accurately record donation details.

Maintain a courteous and empathetic approach to donor interactions.

Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance with fundraising policies.

Collaborate with team members to achieve pledge drive targets.

Maintain accurate call records and donor information in the database.
Qualifications & Skills:

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently.

Passion for supporting non-profit causes and engaging with donors.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends, if needed.
