Preferably people from Events/ BTL Activations background.

Responsibilities :

Experience in client servicing and business development within the events and activation industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities in the experiential marketing and BTL activation space. This role requires strong industry connections strategic sales acumen and a deep understanding of brand activations onground marketing and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales & Business Growth :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BTL activations events and experiential marketing sector.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Generate leads pitch proposals and close deals with brands across industries (FMCG Retail Auto Telecom etc..

2. Client Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decisionmakers.

Understand client objectives and provide customized activation and BTL solutions.

Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and clients for campaign .

3. Proposal Development & Presentations :

Create compelling and innovative proposals tailored to client needs.

Lead pitch presentations and showcase past work ideas and strategic insights.

Stay updated on industry trends and offer clients cuttingedge activation strategies.

4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends.

Analyse competitors and develop strategies to position the company as a market leader.

Recommend innovative BTL engagement techniques to attract and retain clients.

5. Financial & Commercial Acumen :

Develop budgets cost estimates and pricing strategies for business proposals.

Ensure profitability of deals while maintaining competitive pricing for clients.

Track revenue sales performance and business growth metrics.

6. Internal Coordination & Oversight :

Collaborate with the operations creative and teams to ensure flawless campaign .

Provide client feedback and insights to enhance service offerings and quality.

Ensure timely delivery of activation campaigns with high impact and ROI.

Key Skills & Requirements :

Experience in business development and client servicing within the events and activation industry.

Proven track record of closing highvalue deals and driving business growth.

Strong understanding of BTL marketing activations and experiential campaigns.

Excellent networking negotiation and relationship management skills.

Ability to develop persuasive pitches and innovative marketing proposals.

Strategic thinker with a keen eye for market trends and business expansion.

Experience in budgeting pricing and financial planning for activation projects.

Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

Preferred Background :

Prior experience working with a BTL event or experiential marketing agency.

Strong industry connections in FMCG Retail Auto Telecom or Lifestyle brands.

Exposure to digital integration in activation campaigns is a plus.
