Job Description
Director of Mental Health Professional (MHP) Long Term Structured Residence (LTSR) Program
Position: Director of MHP for a 16bed LTSR program.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the unit ensuring quality mental health care.

Manage staff scheduling and ensure compliance with regulations.

Conduct audits and address department needs.

Schedule and confirm group sessions coordinate with the overseeing physician and manage billing (with existing support systems in place).
Team Structure:
-
The program currently includes MHPs; the new director will be the third.
-
Additional team members include psychiatric NPs providers nurses med techs and aides.
Work Schedule:
-
MF 40hrs
-
Workload may be adjusted if weekend coverage is not needed.
Qualifications:

Masters degree in a relevant field.
Compensation:

$67000 Annual
