Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
.
Organize and supervise systems activities in projects
.
Define and estimate project technical and organizational resources required for systems activities
.
Coordinate with other competencies (SW HW ME) development of the system concept in projects
.
Provide technical advice and oversight in projects for customer requirements elicitation system requirements and system architecture development according to AS&UX standards
.
Provide technical support and coordinate technical aspects of project development in close relation with project involved competencies (PjM SYS SW HW ME IT&V PT&V MNG etc.
.
Represent project in front of customer for technical discussions
.
Lead and mentor technical problems solving activities
.
Monitor industry related technologies and market available solutions in order to apply them in projects
.
Be active as engineering professional outside of the company (member of professional technical organizations patents publications etc.
.
Take a lead in technical and organisational innovation programs
.
Care for good company image confidential information and company’s property
.
Ontime of assigned tasks in compliance with the valid quality system valid for Aptiv corporation and Technical Center in Kraków
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

.
Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related R
.
Engineering experience in several full project lifecycles at Aptiv or a company with a similar engineering process R
.
Experience in coordinating systems team activities in several projects R
.
Requirements engineering and software engineering experience for embedded systems R
.
Knows fluently systems engineering tools and methodologies R
.
Very good English knowledge R
.
Honesty in relation with company clients and cooperators R
.
Strong familiarity with the MS Office R
.
Methodical approach to problem solving R
.
Very good knowledge of the automotive market technical solutions R
.
Experience in automotive industry R
.
