Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to design and execute campaigns that drive lead generation and brand engagement. The ideal candidate for this role should have expertise in managing social media platforms optimizing SEO/SEM strategies and creating compelling content across digital channels. This role is critical for enhancing online visibility aligning marketing efforts with business objectives and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn Facebook Instagram) and create engaging content.
- Design and send email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar tools.
- Implement and optimize Google Ads and SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Create marketing collateral such as brochures case studies and blog posts.
- Track performance metrics and generate monthly marketing reports.
- Manage website content updates and improvements.
- Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- 23 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Proficiency in Google Ads SEO tools and social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation strategies.
- Graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Suite) are a plus.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This role involves enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Oversee the social media strategy for the company. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Utilize data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools to drive continuous improvement. Requirements Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or relevant digital marketing role. Proficiency in using digital marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and similar platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
