Our regional office in Pakistan is located in Islamabad and we have a team of talented professionals who are passionate about delivering high quality work.

Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in information technology sourcing and screening to join our team. The existing team compensation structure and volume of requirements provide a great opportunity for any Technical Recruiter that is looking for a fastgrowing organization.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements.

Source screen and engage with potential candidates through job boards LinkedIn referrals and other channels.

Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates technical skills cultural fit and career aspirations.

Manage the endtoend recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.

Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with internal teams.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.

Develop and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future hiring needs.

Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and best hiring practices.

Coordinate with Universities for resources and job fairs.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.

2 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT Software Development Engineering etc..

Strong understanding of technical roles programming languages and IT skill sets.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
