Senior MS Sharepoint Developer with NV1 clearance Canberra
We are seeking a Technical SharePoint Development Lead with deep expertise in SharePoint Online architecture and the principles underlying application development and customizations. The role requires strong collaboration with intranet experts content authors corporate communications and other subjectmatter experts (SMEs) to design and implement effective SharePoint solutions.
The ideal candidate will own troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues document all work and drive continuous improvements to the intranet based on customer feedback. This role is suited for innovative thinkers who thrive in fastpaced environments and are passionate about delivering real business value.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership in SharePoint Online development and customization.

Collaborate with various teams to develop and enhance the intranet experience.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
-
Engineer SharePoint solutions ensuring scalability security and best practices.
-
Document all work including requirements processes and implemented solutions.
-
Drive continuous improvement by gathering and implementing customer feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:

Extensive experience with modern SharePoint development including:
-
React TypeScript and SPFx (Webparts Application Customizers Form Customizers List Customizers Field View Customizers).
-
PnPJS and Microsoft Graph API.
-
PowerShell scripting for SharePoint automation.
-
Azure DevOps for CI/CD and version control.
-
Power Automate for workflow automation.
-

Strong UX expertise including:
-
Low and highfidelity prototyping.
-
Atomicbased component libraries and Fluent UI frameworks.
-

Experience in handling complex SharePoint migrations.
-
Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 (AAA) accessibility standards and best practices.

Australian Citizen with NV1 clearance
