Job Description
Job Purpose
Responsible for assisting GH IA with MIS Management Planning & Monitoring Supporting Departmental Initiatives Drives. Interact with Senior Audit Officials and drive the GH Office tracker and requirements. Assist GHIA with Presentations Special Assignments Audit Committee and Board notes presentations etc.
Job Responsibilities
MIS
- MIS Analysis across all parameters GH IA review.
- Identification of Critical Areas for Improvement.
- Providing Decision Support through various Reports and Comparisons in sync with Audit Objectives
- Preparation of Presentations for GH Review at a Regional Level for respective Zones/Circles.
- Preparation of Specific Slides for GH presentation to Board or Audit Committee
Planning & Monitoring
- Assisting GH in monitoring:
- Audit Plan
- Open issues
- Internal Initiatives
- Formation of improvement areas and potential initiatives
- Liasioning with Internal Audit teams for timely submission of data to GH IA
Presentations and Special Assignments
- Assist GH IA in finalizing Board and Audit Committee presentations
- Assist GH IA with coordination with Group Companies Internal Audit Function
National Level Initiatives & Programs/ Drives
- Supporting GH IA in driving National Level Drives and Initiatives
- Coordinating with all stakeholders for efficient running of these initiatives.
