We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Onsite IT Support Technician to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our clients including computer repairs hardware and software installations and network troubleshooting. You will be the primary point of contact for onsite IT issues ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation of our clients technology infrastructure.
Requirements
Proven experience in onsite IT support computer repair and network troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Experience with hardware and software installation and configuration.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP DNS DHCP).
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (as travel to client sites is required). Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
