Future Compensation Plans

Initially this role is compensated with equity with token allocations. Following the anticipated public token sale and funding (we are working with multiple VCs investment banks crypto investors crowdfunding platform etc.)we plan to introduce salaries alongside equity and tokens.

THE ROLE: SENIOR TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER WEB3 FULLSTACK DEVELOPER PLATFORM

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development and launch of Autheos Fullstack Integration Layer1 Developer Hubthe foundation of our decentralized application ecosystem. In this role you will own the strategy roadmap and for building a worldclass developer environment that integrates frontend and backend tooling microservices decentralized identity decentralized cloud infrastructure and a modular application catalog.

Autheo is building a powerful Layer1 blockchain designed for seamless interoperability between Web2 and Web3. You will collaborate crossfunctionally with engineering design DevOps ecosystem partners and community teams to ensure developers have the fullstack capabilities and support they need to build the next generation of decentralized apps.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fullstack Developer Platform Leadership

   • Lead the vision design and of Autheos fullstack developer environment including frontend frameworks backend services cloud APIs microservices and blockchain tooling.

   • Oversee the integration of decentralized identity (DID) decentralized cloud infrastructure and a curated application catalog into a cohesive development experience.

2. Developer Ecosystem Growth

   • Define and execute strategies to attract onboard and support developers and builders across the Web3 space.

   • Identify pain points use cases and workflows across both new and experienced developers working with the Autheo SDK and APIs.

3. Tooling SDKs and Infrastructure

   • Manage the development of robust SDKs CLI tools API gateways and DevHub resources that empower scalable modular dApp development.

   • Work closely with engineering to ensure the Dev environment supports smart contracts wallet integrations and crosschain features.

4. Community & Education

   • Collaborate with developer advocates content creators and education partners to produce technical documentation sample apps tutorials and opensource templates.

   • Organize and support hackathons workshops and communitydriven development sprints to foster adoption and engagement.

5. Ecosystem Partnerships

   • Identify and lead integrations with thirdparty Web3 services developer tools and protocol layers to extend the capabilities of the Autheo platform.

   • Build and nurture relationships with key infrastructure partners across compute identity storage DePIN and other sectors.

6. Product Feedback & Iteration

   • Implement systems to gather product feedback through direct user interviews telemetry and community channels.

   • Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on user impact developer experience and ecosystem alignment.

7. Success Metrics & Analytics

   • Define and track KPIs for developer onboarding engagement retention satisfaction and platform growth.

   • Use insights to iterate on platform features improve UX and drive product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related technical field.

• 5 years of experience in product management with a strong track record leading developer platforms tools or Web3 infrastructure.

• Deep understanding of Layer1 blockchain protocols smart contracts and fullstack decentralized application architecture.

• Proven experience working with SDKs developer APIs identity systems decentralized infrastructure and opensource communities.

• Strong technical fluency; able to bridge conversations between developers architects and business stakeholders.

• Excellent project management communication and crossfunctional leadership skills.

• Passion for building in Web3 and for empowering developers to create the future of the decentralized internet.
