Job Description

We are looking for talented individuals with expertise in Angular 17 GAIA framework and Figma to join our team. We have openings for both Manager and Developer roles. Proficiency in Japanese (N1 or N2 level) is required and experience in the life insurance domain is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design development and implementation of web applications using Angular 17.
  • Oversee multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the development team fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Implement and enforce coding standards code management practices and unit testing.
  • Collaborate with designers using Figma to create and refine UI/UX designs.
  • Utilize the GAIA framework for efficient and scalable application development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing support to the development team.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements especially in finance or insurance sectors.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of handson experience in Angular development.
  • Proven experience in handling multiple projects and leading teams.
  • Strong understanding of the GAIA framework and Figma.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to triage and resolve technical issues.
  • Indepth knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (N1 or N2 level).
  • Experience in the life insurance domain is an added advantage.
