Job Description

As an IAM Developer you will:
  • Be responsible for the development configuration and automation of IAM IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) tools.
  • Support the onboarding of business applications into the IAM solution while ensuring compliance with business and IT principles.
  • Validate and implement functional and nonfunctional requirements for IAM solutions.
  • Provide highlevel effort estimations for solution implementation during sprint planning.
  • Develop and configure new functionality in line with IAM architectural principles IAM strategy and standard IAM processes.
  • Drive standardization and automation across IAM processes.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate the realization of designed functionalities as per specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with the IGA Product Owner Scrum Master and IAM DevOps teams within the Agile Release Train (ART).
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8 years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Strong scripting/programming skills in Java Beanshell and JavaScript.
  • Extensive integration experience with IAM solutions working with LDAP REST/SOAP web services SCIM databases SaaS applications (Okta) Workday and SAP Suite.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines Azure and Linux servers.
  • Strong understanding of entitlement and authorization management processes.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with application stakeholders and gathering requirements.
  • Handson experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Ability to identify and implement improvements in testing development processes and technology use.
  • Solid knowledge of security technologies best practices and security policy frameworks.
