Job Description
With our current Practice Leader Program Management (PgM) New Zealand moving internally to an exciting new project we are searching for our next influential leader.
We are seeking a strategic collaborative and inspiring leader to play a pivotal role in delivering our PgM offering to clients across horizontal and vertical sectors. This is a careerdefining opportunity for a driven directorlevel project management professional eager to make a lasting impact.
As a key member of our Buildings Places leadership team you will lead and shape our PgM practice collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results across a diverse range of projects.
What will a day in this role look like
Provide inspirational coaching and mentoring to a wellestablished diverse national team of Program Management professionals.
Foster and strengthen longterm client relationships ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Enhance AECOMs profile and reputation within the sector.
Be an active and visible champion of our multidisciplinary services driving innovation and collaboration.
