Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Time & Labor and Payroll Business Analyst to support a major unification and system integration initiative. This position will provide deep functional support across both Payroll and Time & Labor modules contributing directly to critical project milestones within an HCM transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in PeopleSoft Time & Labor (T&L) and North American Payroll modules.
- Analyze and document business requirements to support system configuration data alignment and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with HCM teams to conduct fitgap analysis streamline payroll processes and optimize time reporting workflows.
- Participate in system testing phases including test case design defect tracking and resolution support.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training documentation for key stakeholders and end users.
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and institutional policies through system audits and validations.
- Provide remote support across crossfunctional teams in a highly collaborative project environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Time & Labor and NA Payroll required.
- Minimum 8 years of functional experience as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant.
- Proven track record in HCM implementations upgrades or complex enhancements.
- Strong communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote capacity.
- Higher education or healthcare sector experience preferred.
