Our client company with its headquarters in Japan is set to establish a new manufacturing facility at Pasir Gudang Malaysia. This plant will focus on electromechanical assembly and advanced material fabrication for semiconductor equipment designed to meet customer needs while also expanding the companys global business.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage recruitment processes including job postings interviewing and onboarding of new employees.
Handle employee resignation termination and exit procedures ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.
Manage attendance records leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to employee benefits contracts and other personnel matters.
Assist in ensuring smooth communication between departments handling administrative requests and issues.
Provide support for various HR and administrative tasks as needed to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in all administrative processes.
Perform other administrative duties as required including preparing reports and documentation for senior management.
Job Requirement:
Bachelors degree or higher preferably in Human Resources Administration or related fields.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or HR role.
Proficient in both Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written).
Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage
Experience in handling recruitment employee onboarding exit procedures and attendance management.
