Job Description
Marketing Specialist
Location: Irwindale CA (Onsite)
Job Type: FullTime
1. Job Responsibilities
As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for managing marketing operations and communications with Japanese manufacturers external consultants and digital marketing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with Japanese manufacturers via phone and email
- Analyzing product sales performance and providing insights
- Coordinating marketing strategies with external Amazon consultants
- Developing TikTok Shop marketing strategies including:
- TikTok Ads
- Influencer marketing collaborations
- Handling administrative tasks including:
- Managing Excel files and reports
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
- Preparing sales and admin reports
- Generating invoices and other necessary documents
2. Requirements
Required:
- Professionallevel Japanese proficiency (must understand Japanese business culture and communication nuances)
- Professionallevel English proficiency (able to discuss strategies with external agencies)
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to commute to the Irwindale office
Preferred:
- Chinese language proficiency is a plus
3. Work Schedule
Monday Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
4. Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $55000 $58000 (upon fulltime hire)
Benefits (Eligible after 3month probation period):

- Paid Sick Leave: 40 hours per year (equivalent to 5 days)
- Paid Vacation: 10 days per year (unused days eligible for buyout)
