Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented District Supervisor to oversee multiple locations within an area. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to drive business growth and operational excellence. This role requires a collaborative approach to managing teams optimizing processes and enhancing customer satisfaction across all locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the operations of multiple restaurant locations within the district to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that drive sales growth and profitability while maintaining high standards of service.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for business development and enhance market presence.
- Monitor financial performance including profit and loss statements to ensure budget adherence and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous process improvement by implementing best practices across all locations.
- Manage project initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Provide coaching training and support to location managers to develop their leadership capabilities and drive team performance.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations provide feedback and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a multiunit role preferably as a District Manager or similar position in the QSR or Fast Casual restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on collaboration and sales growth.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising staff and managing diverse teams effectively.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with profit loss management and financial reporting is essential.
- Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
