D365 Product Expert Finance (m/f/d)

What do we expect from you
We expect from the IT Finance Product expert to have a close collaboration with the Product Manager and contribute with functional (accounting & IT) expertise to the IT Finance landscape (Accounting Procurement Fleet Management having focus especially on D365 FI solution and contributing to all product lifecycle stages from new projects to the maintenance and sunset of the existing solutions:
o Gather requirements and conduct/support requirements refinement collaborate with internal/external experts in order to design and deliver the right solution compliant to the legal requirements and fulfilling business scope while running on an optimal level of availability and stability; Build and maintain an endtoend understanding of FI business processes
o Build functional solution (no code) whenever possible through UI configurations
o Create solution documentation out of product standard incremental development or new projects(build).
o Proactively identify recurrent unplanned production issues and implement mitigation measures; document workaround solutions (run)
o Proactively involve responsible teams to surface and remove impediments that have implications across IT Service Management processes (including but not limited to incident handling/management support)
o Leverage product specific tools to diagnose issues and differentiate between a bug a feature request and a user misunderstanding and manage the situations accordingly
o Coordinate actions towards endtoend data technical mapping and functional usage in finance systems in close collaboration with Integration team
o Actively contribute to system architecture and data flows design in close collaboration with Solution Architects
o Support product planning in terms of effort estimations and in time in an agile transition environment
o Act as a product expert and offer solutions for customers problems and support development team with functional/business expertise.
Other skills:
o Advanced English and German knowledge writing speaking and listening
Strong analytical and strategic skills in dealing with business processes
o Experience in implementing medium to large financial ERP systems from functional perspective and a good understanding of the technical concepts behind
o Comfort and experience collaborating with multiple levels of internal and external international stakeholders
o Problem solving & result oriented data driven and strategic thinking customer centric
o Strong sense of ownership and drive
