Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This position is open to applicants located in the United States only.
As a Lead Generation Specialist you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. Your primary focus will be on researching and prospecting new business opportunities to help grow our customer base and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads through various channels including online research social media and industry databases.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure alignment with our target market and ideal customer profile.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team to pursue.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and strategies to generate new leads.
Track and analyze lead generation performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
Proven experience in lead generation sales or business development.
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
