Job Description
- Receive input via SuperOPL or email directly from requesters.
- Evaluate IMDS datasheets submitted by suppliers.
- Create/update datasheets in the system.
- Send emails to inform customers/initiators and close tasks.
- Check the status of submitted IMDS.
Qualifications :
- 3rd or 4thyear student available for a fulltime internship for 6 months (flexible 40 hours/week).
- Major in Engineering Economics Foreign Trade or related fields.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (primarily Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP systems and data migration is preferred.
- Japanese N3 language skills are a plus.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to manage workload effectively to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Responsible with a positive mindset and willing to learn and grow.
