Job Description

  • Receive input via SuperOPL or email directly from requesters.
  • Evaluate IMDS datasheets submitted by suppliers.
  • Create/update datasheets in the system.
  • Send emails to inform customers/initiators and close tasks.
  • Check the status of submitted IMDS.

Qualifications :

  • 3rd or 4thyear student available for a fulltime internship for 6 months (flexible 40 hours/week).
  • Major in Engineering Economics Foreign Trade or related fields.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (primarily Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP systems and data migration is preferred.
  • Japanese N3 language skills are a plus.
  • Good communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Responsible with a positive mindset and willing to learn and grow.
