Job Description
- Sourcing & meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products inquire about their services negotiate pricing and
- Communicate any product or servicerelated concerns
- Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
- Implementing vendor selection to ensure that the best vendors are secured.
- Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.
- Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.
- Control logistics cost to achieve the cost matrix target reviewing invoices from Vendor and monitoring invoice payment process.
- Claim management process
- Vendor management team development
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Procurement Finance or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 35 years of experience in vendor management procurement sourcing or supply chain operations.
- Industryspecific experience (e.g. IT healthcare manufacturing finance) if applicable.
- Strong background in contract negotiation SLA management and cost optimization
