Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager (Client Acquisition) to drive sales and expand our client base in the US Staffing industry . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US recruitment market proven experience in client acquisition and the ability to build longterm business relationships with direct clients and MSPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in the US staffing industry focusing on IT and nonIT contract staffing.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate target accounts and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers procurement teams and decisionmakers at client organizations.
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms MSA agreements and pricing models with clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets revenue goals and client acquisition metrics.
- Stay uptodate with market trends competitor analysis and industry developments.
- Represent the company at networking events conferences and business meetings.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales pipelines client interactions and reporting metrics.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in US staffing business development client acquisition or sales.
- Proven track record of acquiring direct clients MSP/VMS accounts and large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment models compliance and employment laws.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools LinkedIn Sales Navigator Bullhorn or other ATS systems.
- Must be comfortable working in US time zones (EST/PST).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing client relationships in the US staffing market.
- Experience selling contract contracttohire and directhire staffing solutions.
- Knowledge of IT staffing engineering healthcare or financial services domains.
