Job Description

This is a remote position.

 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager (Client Acquisition) to drive sales and expand our client base in the US Staffing industry . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US recruitment market proven experience in client acquisition and the ability to build longterm business relationships with direct clients and MSPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the US staffing industry focusing on IT and nonIT contract staffing.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate target accounts and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers procurement teams and decisionmakers at client organizations.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms MSA agreements and pricing models with clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets revenue goals and client acquisition metrics.
  • Stay uptodate with market trends competitor analysis and industry developments.
  • Represent the company at networking events conferences and business meetings.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales pipelines client interactions and reporting metrics.

Requirements

 
  • 3 years of experience in US staffing business development client acquisition or sales.
  • Proven track record of acquiring direct clients MSP/VMS accounts and large enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of US recruitment models compliance and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools LinkedIn Sales Navigator Bullhorn or other ATS systems.
  • Must be comfortable working in US time zones (EST/PST).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Existing client relationships in the US staffing market.
  • Experience selling contract contracttohire and directhire staffing solutions.
  • Knowledge of IT staffing engineering healthcare or financial services domains.
