Job Description
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate exceptional command to ensure successful and timely of project proposals through all phases of the project from initiation to monitoring & controlling.
Take full accountability for the timely delivery and quality of all project deliverables.
Implementation of project management best practices for all aspects of managing the project including risk assessment project plan creation stakeholder identification and management.
Deliver crisp timely communications to stakeholders.
Manage leadership expectations for project deliverables
Work collaboratively across business units to secure resources and conceptual/strategic buy in for projects
Seek insights from other key stakeholder groups to ensure their process system and general operational improvement needs are fulfilled.
Highly collaborative with the ability to lead crossfunctional and remote project teams
Customer centric mindset with proven ability to deliver measurable tangible solutions that generate clear business value.
Identify risks; develop and execute mitigation and contingency plans independently or with the team. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders with regards to mutual expectations
Manage endtoend creative delivery with quality accuracy of delivery timeliness scope management and effort estimations
Able to execute the project plan implement mechanisms to measure record progress and conduct ongoing analysis of variances risks and changes as well as update/revise the project plan and report status.

Requirements:
Must have demonstrated ability to manage a variety of projects with 24 years of experience. Having an MBA is a plus.
Experience managing multiple highcost highvalue projects simultaneously
Effective communicator proficient in stakeholder management with proven capability to secure project buyin and resources
Must possess good interpretational skills attention to detail professional attitude reliability and strong work ethic.
Logical thinking and problemsolving skills along with an ability to collaborate

Looking for a proactive and dynamic candidate who is a selfstarter individual contributor and team player.
Preferred Candidates with consulting experience with strategy consulting and business consulting with good business acumen.
Must possess good interpretational skills attention to detail professional attitude reliability and strong work ethic.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Java Developer or Software Engineer. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design concepts. Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar. Familiarity with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, React). Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL. Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
