Position Title: Senior Graphic Designer
Location: Ernakulam Kerala (Onsite) Employment Type: Fulltime
Reports To: Creative Director / Marketing Lead

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our vibrant team in
Ernakulam Kerala. This role is not just about technical skills it s about having the vision to create designs that captivate audiences tell compelling stories and drive engagement. Your portfolio creativity and work experience are the key factors we value rather than formal degrees.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Design & Branding:
o Develop impactful visuals for BetweenIT s social media websites campaigns and
marketing materials.
o Create and refine brand identities for various clients ensuring alignment with business
objectives.
o Ensure all designs reflect innovation while maintaining brand consistency.
2. Digital Content Creation:
o Conceptualize and design social media content Instagram grid mockups and layouts
that resonate with target audiences.
o Produce content tailored for BetweenIT s services including Digital Marketing
Branding and Web Development.
3. Motion Graphics & Animation:
o Design motion graphic videos to bring campaigns and stories to life.
o Use animation transitions and dynamic effects to create engaging visual narratives for
digital platforms.
4. Packaging & Visual Collateral:
o Develop creative packaging concepts for productbased clients ensuring designs reflect product quality and market relevance.
o Collaborate on diverse visual projects like banners brochures advertisements and
presentations.
5. Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
o Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute
impactful ideas.
o Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers ensuring quality and consistency
across projects.
6. Innovation & Trend Adaptation:
o Stay updated on global design trends tools and techniques.
o Introduce fresh ideas to improve design strategies and drive audience engagement.
What We re Looking For
1. Work Experience & Portfolio:
o Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in graphic design branding and motion
graphics.
o A strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects including branding digital campaigns
motion graphics and packaging designs.
2. Skills That Matter:
o Creativity and originality in design concepts.
o Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects
InDesign) and familiarity with design collaboration platforms like Figma.
o Experience in motion graphics and animation is a must.
o Experience in 3D design tools (e.g. Blender Cinema 4D) is an added advantage. o Strong understanding of branding principles and audience engagement.
3. Mindset Over Degrees:
