Job Description
Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner Geriatrics in Mishakawa IN. This is a locum position with lodging and travel allowance for out of town applicants.
Job Details:
- EMR: currently TruChart but will be switching to Epic in March.
- Location – 250 East Day Rd. Mishawaka IN 46545
- Title – Nurse Practitioner
- Hours: Fulltime (however will consider Parttime as well)
- Duration of assignment: Six 6 months to start
- On Call coverage – one week on and one week off.
- Need Geriatric experience
Requirements:
- AANP
- ANCC
- BLS
- Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS)
- DEA
Pay and Benefits:
- Competitive Hourly Rate $70 per hour)
