Job Description
We are looking for a Go High Level Expert / Specialist to manage and optimize our real estate coaching platform. The ideal candidate must have advanced expertise in Go High Level platform be highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Full management of Go High Level troubleshoot issues optimize automations and update funnels.
Course sales and access control adjust pricing bundles and discount codes.
Roleplay group administration enroll participants assign partners and track engagement.
Payment processing (Stripe) monitor transactions manage subscriptions and issue refunds.
Scheduling and client management oversee Google Calendar and update client records.
Client communication handle inquiries via email WhatsApp and batch notifications.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in Go High Level deep understanding of automations CRM and funnel management.
Fluent in English (C1C2 level) strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing online coaching learning platforms or similar systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Availability to work in the New York time zone.
This role requires a highly skilled Go High Level specialist who can work independently and take ownership of key processes. Only candidates with Go High Level experience will be considered.
