Job Title: Superintendent
Location: Scottsdale AZ
Salary Range: $90000$120000/DOE

Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Custom Home Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing luxury home projects from start to finish with a focus on quality efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 45 completed luxury home projects valued at $5 million construction.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle highstress situations and tight schedules.
- Passion for building and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Construction budget of custom homes exceeding $5 million.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain clear communication with clients team members and stakeholders.
- Handle highstress environments and fastpaced build processes.
- Be available on Saturdays as needed to meet project deadlines.
- Utilize construction management software such as Buildertrend and Bluebeam.
